Step Into Success (S.I.S.)

New Beginnings Support Program developed the S.I.S. program, a one-year program with a one-year follow-up post graduation, which helps our participants discover the barriers that hold them back from achieving their desired goals and works to improve their skills and abilities required to obtain them.

This program is tailored to low income, underprivileged, and vulnerable women who are 18-39.

In this interactive program, participants delve into dealing with and successfully improving their self-worth, self-esteem, leadership skills, reducing self-doubt while building resilience and making wiser decisions. Our program also covers areas such as financial wellness, fitness and overall health and well being.

Overview

The S.I.S. program covers 2 main areas – Career Development, and Personal Development. We prepare our participants for life situations, empower them, and move them from low-income realities into independent and living wage employment. By the end of our program, each woman will have an action plan tailored to her, detailing the steps she will need to achieve her goals.
