Our special evening on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Fairmont Royal York was magical night.
It began with a cocktail reception, followed by a delectable three-course dinner, and an open wine, beer, and cider bar. The evening continues with an exciting Live and Silent Auction, Entertainment, and a dance to close out the night.
Our Hosts

Stephen R. Shea
Stephen is the Chair of the Board of the New Beginnings Support Program. He has been actively engaged in the Program for more than 10 years. As a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, Stephen is a seasoned executive. He was the Managing Partner for Talent for more than 12 years and a key member of the Executive Committee of EY Canada. Stephen’s unique blend of skill sets is built on a foundation of integrity and transparency with a commitment to teamwork to achieve results. Stephen is a international recognized leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as a motivational speaker.
Stephen retired in June 2022 after leading at EY Canada. He is married to Cynthia Gillespie, and they have four adult children.

Scott Lemke
Scott Lemke is a partner at Massey LLP.
He is a commercial litigator and corporate lawyer who skilfully navigates complex disputes and transactions.
Scott has extensive experience representing clients in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the Federal Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Throughout his career, Scott has handled a wide range of commercial matters. He is committed to achieving favourable outcomes for his clients.
In his election law practice, Scott has numerous achievements and has been an Adjunct Professor of Election Law at Western Law School.
